Script and Storyboards for Healthy Living Assessment

Process of script to storyboard for client. Went through two revisions with client before taking it to storyboard and sent to animation department.
FIRST ROUND
Script: Healthy Living Assessment (HLA)
Writer: Catherine Scully, YDraw
Word Count: 90
Script:
How old are you… really? Not your chronological age, but your health age. Lately, Chris feels older than he really. When he took the Healthy Living Assessment, he found out his health age was actually ten years older! With the test, Chris learned what he needed to work on to feel young again. After he quit smoking, cut down his alcohol drinks per week, and started exercising and eating the right foods, his health age became younger than his actual age!
